After 20 years in the industry it was time for us to form Paragon to cater for every need.
Founder of Paragon, responsible for the day to day running and major projects. Having 25 plus years in the industry with a great knowledge of business and service and repair.
Director of the facilities department and accounts, Maria focuses on the day to day operations of the facilities department having been in the industry for over 10 years, She has a great understanding of what clients require and a vast array of talent on pressured tasks.
Director of the installation department, Having 30 plus years in the installation industry Dave has a wealth of knowledge with all new lifts.
Nathan has been with the company 7 years and is responsible for the service desk Leading his team through the daily/weekly and monthly service and repair tasks.
Jodie is an old hand at what we do, having worked with us in the past she made a return in 2023, moving from service co ordinator to key account manager, In just 6 months, Jodie manages key accounts and assists Carl with his daily duties.
Halle has completed her business administration apprenticeship with us back in December 2024 and was since offered a full-time position working on the service desk. Halle is a crucial part of our day-to-day operations now processing all quotations and sorting through lift insurance reports. Halle has developed magnificently in her short tenure at Paragon and will continue to do so for many more years.
Chelsie has been with us for just over one year, coming over from her previous employer after just short of 17 years working there. Chelsie brings vast experience and good vibes, she is also now managing our accounts department, and we are sure she will go on to great things with us here at Paragon.
Julie is for now our newest recruit at Paragon, she is working as our new service co-ordinator helping with day-to-day operations. Having worked in the construction industry previously Julie understands the importance of delivering under pressure, we are sure that Julie is a great addition to our ever-growing team.
Becky has now been with us for over 18 months, starting on the service desk and now working in the accounts office as a Ledger Clerk. Becky shows great pride in the work she does which makes her a valuable part of our team here at Paragon.
Kieran joined Paragon as an Administration Apprentice and has quickly become a reliable and enthusiastic member of our team. With a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude, he’s already making valuable contributions to our day-to-day operations. We’re excited to support Kieran’s development and look forward to seeing his growth within the lift and escalator industry.
Leah may be one of the newest members of Paragon, but she’s already made a confident start in her role as Ledger Clerk. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude, she’s quickly become a valued part of our finance team. We’re excited to see Leah grow with us and are confident she’ll achieve great things as we continue to elevate standards.
